This just came up to me, but imagine, Will and Mike having a sleepover just the two of them, for whatever reason, so the next morning comes, and they’re both awake. Mike’s hair is always a wild thing in the morning, but in that particular day it seems to be even more of a mess than normal. His curls stick up in different directions, and it kind of looks like a major storm has taken place there. Mike is annoyed as hell, and his face pretty much says it all, complaining about how it’s going to take him forever to untangle everything.
Will for his part is amused, trying very hard to hide his smile by bringing the comforter up ‘til his nose, but a few giggles escape anyway. Mike turns his head towards him, ready to lecture Will about the effort he has to put into making his hair look presentable, but Will pulls the comforter completely over his head, hiding inside, his giggles becoming full on laughter and gaining volume.
Mike really want to stay annoyed at him, but he can’t. Not when Will is laughing so happily, so instead, he goes down from his bed, joins Will on the makeshift bed made for him when he’s staying over and starts a tickle war that doesn’t last too long seeing as Will comes out from his hiding spot to beg for Mike’s forgiveness. Which Mike does, and they’re both sweetly smiling at each other for the rest of the day.
