El and Will siblings headcanons because I can:

• At first both of them are kind of awkward with each other but that can’t be helped since they don’t know much about one another. It takes a bit of trial and error for them to have a pleasant relationship but it’s pretty still regardless.
• It takes a nightmare and a long talk afterwards for them to become closer, and so on one particular night where will wakes up practically screaming his lungs dry, it’s eleven that is there with him.
• She’s not that good at comforting people as she has no idea what to do, but even with her admittedly short vocabulary she manages to calm will down and reassure him that he’s fine.
• They have a long talk about their experiences and the more they talk the more they understand just how much in common they have.
• From that night on, they become confidants. They share secret smiles, they have their own inside jokes, they’re humor turns a little darker after all they’ve been through which no one really seems to truly get but that helps them talk about The Stuff easier, they become the best of friends.
• El always has will’s back whenever someone dares to say anything remotely disturbing at him, her murder face coming out and scaring pretty much anybody on close range.
• Will may not be a fighter but he always draws el stuff to make her smile, especially when she’s feeling particularly down, he always has something in hand to give her. Most of these drawings end on the walls of her room and she proudly shows them off to everyone.
• They also playfully fight each other a lot. Whenever there is something they can’t agree about, they’re pinching and shoving one another until they end up a pile of messy teenagers on the floor, laughing until they’re breathless.
• They can’t keep their mouths shut. “MOM EL IS USING HER POWERS TO CHANGE THE CHANNELS AGAIN” “HOW DARE YOU? I AM DEFINITELY NOT DOING THAT” cue shoving and slapping each other until an adult comes and separates them.
• They don’t stay mad at each other long. Both of them sheepishly looking at one another, softly apologising and sealing the deal with a huge hug.
• They like to watch the stars, sitting close together under a blanket on the front yard, will explaining to el all about the different constellations and everything that there is to know about astrology. El falls in love with will’s stories, the way he tells them captivating her and she starts to do more research on that topic.
• Will also helps el a lot in regards to school, patiently clarifying a lot of her doubts and showing her so much more stuff she’s never known about.
• El is so grateful to have will by her side, and they’re dynamics are plenty of different but it still works so greatly, that they couldn’t ask for a better sibling
